About Carmen

Things that you may have not known about Carmen are that he had served his country as a member of the U.S. Air Force and he had been a member of the Millville Rescue Squad. Carmen was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary; Millville Flotilla No 34 where he served as Flotilla Commander. Carmen was a devoted husband to Adrienne and a father of teenaged children, Carmen F. DeGregorio III and Virginia Lynn. Carmen would not have considered himself a hero, that was not his style. He would have simply told you he was doing what had to be done. He will remain forever to us a roll model of self sacrifice and a hero in every sense of the word.
